It appears that Anthropic has removed Claude Code from its $20-a-month pro subscription based on its pricing page.
Anthropic’s official pricing and help pages say the $20/month Pro plan includes Claude Code, so the pricing page does not show it being removed from Pro.

Anthropic’s own pricing page contradicts this claim. On the Pro plan section, the page explicitly lists “Includes Claude Code” as a Pro benefit. Anthropic’s help center also says the Pro plan includes “Claude Code access,” and its Claude Code help article says that Pro and Max plans give access to Claude Code through one unified subscription.
Because the official pricing page currently says Pro includes Claude Code, the statement that Anthropic has removed Claude Code from the $20/month Pro subscription based on that pricing page is incorrect.
