This statement conflicts with TikTok's own help documentation.

TikTok's support page says: "Since your email address can only be associated with a single TikTok account, you can't use the same email address to create additional or multiple accounts." It gives the same rule for phone numbers as well.

So as general advice, telling people they can use the same email for all their TikTok accounts is incorrect. According to TikTok, each account needs a different email address (or the email must first be removed from the old account before it can be used on a new one).
