In 1623 Barberini was camerlengo of the Sacred College of Cardinals, not camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church.

The Apostolic Chamber’s historical list shows that the Camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church in 1623 was Ippolito Aldobrandini (Jr.), appointed on 7 June 1623 and remaining in office until 1638. A separate biographical summary for Urban VIII lists Barberini instead as Camerlengo of the Sacred College of Cardinals (1623.01.09–1623.08.06). Since those were different offices, the article’s claim that Barberini was Camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church in 1623 is wrong.
