This date is too early. Reliable sources place the marriage in February 1402/1403, not 1401.

A Treccani biography of Ladislaus states that he negotiated the match in the second half of 1401, but that Mary of Lusignan arrived in Naples on 12 February 1402 and the wedding was celebrated shortly afterward. A British Museum biographical entry likewise says Ladislaus married Mary of Lusignan in 1403.
Those two year numbers are not necessarily inconsistent: for medieval February dates, some sources use a different year style, so the same event may appear as 1402 or 1403 in modern references. But either way, the marriage was not in 1401.
