The same filing says Atlassian Corporation, a Delaware corporation, became the ultimate parent company of Atlassian Corporation Plc as part of the U.S. domestication.
A later official Atlassian proxy statement likewise states that references to the company refer to Atlassian Corporation. So describing the U.S.-domiciled company as Atlassian Corporation Plc is incorrect; that was the pre-domestication UK parent name.
