The official credits do not list Joan Jett anywhere. That means the article’s performer list for the 2024 show incorrectly adds Joan Jett.

I checked the official Victoria’s Secret credits PDF directly. In the "MUSICAL TALENT" section, it lists only Cher, LISA, and Tyla; a search of the same official document returns no match for "Joan Jett."

This sentence places Gisele Bündchen’s "final walk" at the 2007 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but reliable sources place her last Victoria’s Secret runway appearance in 2006.

A 2016 retrospective from SELF on the 2006 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show explicitly says: "Gisele Bündchen took her last VS walk" at that 2006 show. Teen Vogue’s history of the event likewise describes 2006 as "Gisele Bundchen’s final season." In addition, CBS/AP reported on May 1, 2007 that Victoria’s Secret and Bündchen had already ended their relationship months before the November 2007 show took place. Together, those sources contradict the claim that her final walk was in the 2007 show.

This sentence overstates what Gigi Hadid herself said.

When Hadid withdrew from the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, CBS News reported that she wrote on Twitter only that she would not appear in the show. Fashionista likewise reported that Hadid announced she would no longer appear, but did not offer an explanation, while media speculation linked her absence to possible visa problems. In other words, reliable contemporaneous reporting says she did not publicly state that she had been denied access; that was reported as speculation/rumor, not her stated reason.
