MTV Movie & TV Awards
The 2009 ceremony was called the MTV Movie Awards, not the MTV Movie & TV Awards. MTV only expanded and rebranded the show to include television in 2017.
Full reasoning
This awards-table entry is historically mislabeled.
Costas Mandylor's 2009 Best Fight nomination for Saw V was at the MTV Movie Awards. Contemporary coverage from CBS News of the May 31, 2009 ceremony refers to it as "The MTV Movie Awards".
The "MTV Movie & TV Awards" name did not exist in 2009. TV Guide's 2017 explainer states that for the first time television was being honored that year and that the event had been re-titled the MTV Movie and TV Awards. Vanity Fair likewise reported in March 2017 that MTV had rebranded the annual Movie Awards as the MTV Movie & TV Awards.
So the nomination itself may be real, but the award show's name in the 2009 row is incorrect: it should be MTV Movie Awards, not MTV Movie & TV Awards.
