Correction
CHOKBR was not the first Honor of Kings pro league outside China. A Korean pro league, KRKPL, was announced and launched in 2018—years before Brazil’s CHOKBR in 2023.

This sentence is incorrect because Honor of Kings already had an overseas professional league in South Korea years before CHOKBR.

- A June 27, 2023 Brazilian report says Honor of Kings announced the creation of the Campeonato de Honor of Kings Brazil (CHOKBR) in Brazil in 2023.
Because KRKPL predates CHOKBR by nearly five years, CHOKBR cannot accurately be described as "the first professional league for the game outside of China."
