unilaterally terminated it.
Moon Jae-in criticized the 2015 comfort women deal, but his government explicitly said it would not renegotiate, scrap, or terminate the agreement.
Full reasoning
This claim is incorrect. After reviewing the 2015 Japan–South Korea "comfort women" agreement, Moon Jae-in's government said the deal was flawed, but it also explicitly stated that it would not renegotiate or scrap the agreement.
The Republic of Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on January 9, 2018: "the ROK government is not considering renegotiating or scrapping the agreement." In the same briefing, the ministry added that the agreement was still "an official agreement between the governments of the two countries."
Likewise, the Korean government's official English-language portal, Korea.net, reported that Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha said Korea "will not ask for a renegotiation, as the deal was official[ly] reached between the two governments."
So while Moon's administration later took steps that weakened the deal in practice, the record does not support the claim that Moon unilaterally terminated it.

The ROK government is not considering renegotiating or scrapping the agreement... it is also an undeniable fact that it was an official agreement between the governments of the two countries.
25 years imprisonment
Park Geun-hye's final prison term was 22 years, not 25 years.
Full reasoning
This infobox penalty is outdated/incorrect. Park's later appeals changed the sentence.
On January 14, 2021, Yonhap reported that South Korea's Supreme Court upheld a 20-year sentence in Park's corruption case and that she "will have to serve 22 years in prison" when combined with her separate two-year sentence for illegal election-nomination meddling.
KBS World reported the same day that, including the separate two-year term, Park "will have to serve 22 years in prison."
Because the final combined sentence was 22 years, the page's statement that the penalty was 25 years imprisonment is incorrect.
