with the first phase having opened on May 15, 2017.
Town Center’s first phase opened on May 15, 2016, not May 15, 2017.
Full reasoning
Disney’s own D23 reference page for Disney Springs states that the Town Center neighborhood "opened May 15, 2016." That directly contradicts the article’s claim that the first phase opened on May 15, 2017. Independent contemporaneous coverage from May 15, 2016 also reported Town Center’s grand opening that day. So the year in this sentence is off by one year.

There are also 4 surface parking lots: the Lemon Parking Lot, the Mango Parking Lot, the Strawberry Parking Lot, and the Watermelon Parking Lot.
Current official Disney Springs parking resources list only three surface lots—Mango, Strawberry, and Watermelon—and do not include a Lemon Parking Lot.
Full reasoning
Current official Disney Springs parking materials do not support the claim that there are four surface lots. Disney’s official parking page lists the current Disney Springs parking areas as Watermelon Parking Lot, Strawberry Parking Lot, Mango Parking Lot, Orange Garage, Lime Garage, and Grapefruit Parking Lot. Disney’s official Disney Springs guide map likewise labels Strawberry Parking Lot and Watermelon and Mango Parking Lots, along with the three garages, but does not show any Lemon Parking Lot. Based on Disney’s own current parking resources, the Lemon lot is not a current Disney Springs parking lot and the article’s count of four surface lots is incorrect.
