wie sich bereits 1674 der Hetman der rechtsufrigen Ukraine Petro Doroschenko unterworfen hatte.
Petro Doroshenko did not first submit to the Ottoman sultan in 1674. Standard historical references place his acceptance of Ottoman protection in 1669.
Full reasoning
The date in this clause is wrong.
According to the Encyclopedia of Ukraine, Petro Doroshenko's turn to Ottoman protection happened several years earlier: the council at Korsun on 10–12 March 1669 approved the alliance with Turkey, and "the alliance ... was proclaimed by the sultan on 1 May 1669." The same reference then describes 1674 very differently: that year Ivan Samoilovych and Russian forces besieged Doroshenko in Chyhyryn.
So 1674 was not the year in which Doroshenko "submitted" to Sultan Mehmed IV. His Ottoman alignment had already been formalized in 1669.
