The timeline in this sentence conflicts with the surrounding chronology.

The article says Kim launched Wildberries in 2004, then says that "shortly before that" Vladislav sold UTech. But Kommersant reported that the sale happened on August 23, 2007, when NetByNet Holding acquired UTech for $7.5 million. Kommersant specified that NetByNet was 30% owned by Gazprombank, which is different from saying UTech was sold to Gazprombank itself.

A later retrospective from 360.ru also states that Vladislav Bakalchuk and his partner sold UTech to NBN in 2007 for $7.5 million.

So this claim is wrong in two ways:

1. the sale was after Wildberries' 2004 launch, not "shortly before that"; and
2. the buyer reported in contemporary coverage was NetByNet/NBN, not Gazprombank directly.
