So the article's wording is incorrect because it omits American Express's co-ownership and incorrectly characterizes WASEC as merely a Warner division.

The statement uses present-tense wording ("Today") to describe VH1 Denmark's programming, but VH1 Denmark was closed in 2024.

A Danish TV-industry report from January 2024 said that VH1 in Denmark would close on April 1, 2024 and be replaced by Nick Music. A Danish antenna association notice likewise said: "VH1 skifter navn til Nick Music ... fra 1/4-2024" (VH1 changes name to Nick Music from April 1, 2024).
