Elchin Yusubov
This officeholder listing is out of date. Azerbaijan’s president dismissed Elchin Yusubov from this post on October 22, 2026.
Full reasoning
The article lists Elchin Yusubov as the President’s special representative for Khankendi/Stepanakert. But Azerbaijan’s presidential website published an order on 22 October 2026 stating that “Elçin Mustafa oğlu Yusubov … is dismissed from the post of Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi, and in Aghdara and Khojaly districts.” That directly contradicts the article’s present-tense officeholder listing.
Because the dismissal took effect on October 22, 2026, the article’s claim that Elchin Yusubov currently holds this position is no longer correct.
