This appears in the Director column for the 2011 short Treasure Hunting, but official Ghibli sources identify Rieko Nakagawa as the story author, not the director.

The Ghibli Museum’s film page for Treasure Hunting says the short is “Based on the story ‘Treasure-Hunting’ ... by Rieko Nakagawa” and notes “Planning by Hayao Miyazaki.” Separately, the Tokuma Memorial Animation Culture Foundation annual report lists the film entry as “Treasure Hunting / 9 min / Hayao Miyazaki” under “director (or creator)”.

So this row has the credit in the wrong place: Rieko Nakagawa should not be listed as the director of Treasure Hunting.
