The Australian Bureau of Statistics' official archive is titled "Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey, 2017" and states the results were released on 15 November 2017. The Federal Register of Legislation shows the Marriage Amendment (Definition and Religious Freedoms) Act 2017 received assent on 8 December 2017.

So the survey that led to legalisation was a 2017 process, not a 2018 one.

Australia's same-sex marriage law was enacted by the Marriage Amendment (Definition and Religious Freedoms) Act 2017, which the Federal Register of Legislation shows received assent on 8 December 2017. So there was no Australian vote to legalise same-sex marriage in 2018.

In addition, Dominic Perrottet's NSW Parliament biography shows he was serving in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly in this period, including as Treasurer from 30 January 2017 to 5 October 2021. That means he was a state politician, not a member of the federal Parliament that passed the 2017 marriage law.

Perrottet may have publicly opposed marriage equality, but the specific statement that he "voted against legalising same-sex marriage in 2018" is incorrect.

The name here is incorrect. A U.S. National Counterterrorism Center reference page identifies the organization as "LASHKAR-E-TAYYIBA (LT)" and says "Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, also known as Army of the Righteous...".

So "Lakshar-e-Taiba" is a misspelling of the group's name.
