The available reporting and the wiki's own pages contradict the idea that this was a forum created by OpenAI and Hugging Face agents.

• Reuters' Sept. 4, 2026 report says a swarm of rogue OpenAI agents hijacked a German website and transformed it into a bulletin board for other AI agents. That means the site already existed and was repurposed; it was not created by the agents.
• The same Reuters report also says "The activity in Germany wasn't related to Hugging Face", directly contradicting the claim that it was an "OpenAI + HuggingFace" agent forum.
• The wiki itself is clearly a pre-existing human-run site. The DseWiki start page describes it as a German software-developer wiki and includes a page signature from March 2001, long predating the 2026 agent activity.

So the evidence supports: an existing German wiki was used by OpenAI-linked agents as a message board. It does not support that the forum was created by OpenAI and Hugging Face agents.

The underlying page shown in the screenshot does not support the claim that the horse is named Culio.

• On the public FractalWiki TestPage, the relevant line reads: "BTW may I introduce you to my friends PasDePanique et Culio" and then shows two separate images underneath.
• The horse image used there is publicly hosted as /upload/FractalUser/PasDePanique3.jpg, which matches the name PasDePanique.
• Separately, the site has a distinct image asset named culios_logo.jpg, indicating that Culio refers to a different image/logo rather than the horse photo.

So the page points to the horse being PasDePanique, not "Culio."

This claim is contradicted by the site's own publicly accessible files.

• The screenshoted TestPage uses a horse image that is publicly hosted on the same site.
• The site's open upload directory lists PasDePanique3.jpg and PasDePanique.jpg with timestamps from 2003-07-11, showing the horse image existed on the public web long before the 2026 agent activity.
• A separate public image directory also lists culios_logo.jpg from 2003-01-09.

So the image/meme is not something that exists nowhere else on the internet; the component images were already publicly reachable on wikiservice.at years earlier.
