Two hand block.
Morant was not credited with a block on that sequence or anywhere in the game. The official play-by-play shows the block after Morant’s three was by Vít Krejčí, and Morant’s game log lists 0 blocks.
Full reasoning
This post is describing a specific run by Ja Morant in Portland's preseason game at Golden State on October 16, 2026. The scoring sequence around that stretch is mostly right — Morant hit a 3, then got an and-1, then drew an offensive foul, then assisted Toumani Camara for a 3 — but the block was not his.
Evidence:
- In the game play-by-play, after "Ja Morant makes three point stepback jump shot" at 4:31, the next defensive highlight at 4:06 is "Vit Krejci blocks Georges Niang's two point layup".
- Ja Morant's official NBA game log for POR @ GSW on Oct. 16, 2026 shows BLK: 0.
So while Morant did spark that run, the post incorrectly attributes the block to him.
