This caption is misleading because it ties the 2009 image to the later name "Radisson Collection Hotel".

Evidence:

• Radisson Hotel Group’s own company history says that in 2009 the "Radisson SAS" brand name was updated to "Radisson Blu". That means a Berlin hotel shown in 2009 would not yet have been a Radisson Collection property.
• Radisson’s official press release for Berlin says "Germany’s first Radisson Collection hotel" opened in Berlin on 10 January 2022. So the Berlin hotel could not have been a Radisson Collection hotel back in 2009.
• A 2013 fact sheet for the same property at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3 identifies it as the "Radisson Blu Hotel" and describes the AquaDom as the attraction in that hotel lobby.

So the dated caption should use the hotel’s contemporaneous branding (Radisson SAS/Blu), not "Radisson Collection" for a 2009 image.

The time marker "ab Dezember 2003" makes this historically inaccurate.

Why it is wrong:

• Radisson Hotel Group states in its company history that the Radisson SAS brand became Radisson Blu in 2009. That places the Berlin hotel in the Radisson SAS/Radisson Blu branding family during the years after AquaDom opened.
• Radisson’s own press release for the Berlin property says Germany’s first Radisson Collection hotel opened in Berlin on 10 January 2022. So the hotel was not a "Radisson Collection Hotel" from December 2003 onward.
• A 2013 fact sheet for the same address, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3, identifies it as the Radisson Blu Hotel and describes the AquaDom in that hotel lobby.

A more accurate phrasing would refer to the contemporaneous hotel branding for the earlier years, rather than calling it a "Radisson Collection Hotel" beginning in 2003.
