moving to Australia in 2022
This date is too late. Christian Bök was already working at Charles Darwin University in Australia by 2016, and was publicly listed there again in 2018.
Full reasoning
Official Australian sources place Christian Bök at Charles Darwin University years before 2022. A Charles Darwin University news article dated September 1, 2016 calls him the university’s “new creative writing lecturer.” An Association for the Study of Australian Literature conference page dated January 24, 2018 likewise identifies him as a lecturer in the School of Creative Arts and Humanities, Charles Darwin University. Those records contradict the statement that he moved to Australia only in 2022.
