No Way No How (will only ride in paths away from cars)
The original “No Way No How” category means people who are not interested in bicycling for transportation, not people who will ride only on car-free paths.
Full reasoning
Roger Geller’s original Four Types of Cyclists document defines the fourth group as non-riders: “The fourth group are non-riders, called the ‘No Way No How’ group,” and later says this group is “currently not interested in bicycling at all, for reasons of topography, inability, or simply a complete and utter lack of interest.”
By contrast, the desire for low-stress or car-free facilities belongs to the Interested but Concerned group. Jennifer Dill’s summary of the typology says those riders “would ride if they felt safer on the roadways ... and if there were more quiet streets with few cars and paths without any cars at all.”
So the post swaps the descriptions of two categories: “paths away from cars” fits Interested but Concerned, not No Way No How.
