A second official Critics Choice page also shows that "Best Actor in a Movie or Mini-Series" was one of the television categories added for the 2011/12 season, which makes that category name anachronistic for a 2002 BFCA nomination.

That means the article's production-status note is outdated: by July 2026, Newborn had already been released, so it should not still be labeled "Post-production."
