later in the 20th century
This date is wrong. Dreamwave's Transformers comics began in 2002, which is in the 21st century, not the 20th.
Full reasoning
The timeline here is off by at least a decade and even the century is wrong. The Marvel UK Transformers comic ended with issue #332 on January 18, 1992. Dreamwave's licensed Transformers comics were announced by Hasbro on December 12, 2001, with the first comic scheduled to reach retail in April 2002. Because 2002 is in the 21st century, Dreamwave did not replace the UK comic "later in the 20th century."

It is the forty-fifth highest-grossing film
This all-time ranking is outdated. Current box-office records place 2007's Transformers much lower than 45th worldwide.
Full reasoning
Current box-office charts no longer place Transformers (2007) anywhere near 45th on the all-time worldwide list. Box Office Mojo's current all-time worldwide chart lists the film at #160 with $709,709,780 worldwide. Box Office Mojo's title-specific rankings page likewise shows the film's All Time Rank: 108 on its current "Top Lifetime Grosses" ranking page for that title, not 45th overall. So the statement that it "is the forty-fifth highest-grossing film" is no longer correct.
