CFAR’s later account says ACDC had not seen all the evidence later published on Medium. It says most of the first post had been in the original allegations, but not the latter two posts.

CFAR’s own retrospective on the Brent case contradicts this wording. In its 2019 follow-up, CFAR says that only most of the information in the first Medium post had previously been in the allegations filed with ACDC, and explicitly adds that this was not true of the latter two posts. That means ACDC had not seen all of “the evidence laid out in the Medium posts.”
So while ACDC had received some overlapping allegations before the Medium posts, this sentence overstates the case by implying the panel had already seen the full body of evidence later published across all three posts.
