This sentence appears to be outdated. It says Songdhammakalyani is the only temple in Thailand with bhikkhunis, but multiple reliable sources show that Thailand now has many bhikkhunis and more than one bhikkhuni monastery.

Evidence:

• A 2022 academic article by Kakanang Yavaprabhas says: "Currently, there are at least 285 bhikkhunis and novices in Thailand in every region of the country" and gives "Songdhammakalyani Monastery" and "Nirodharam" as examples of established monasteries. If Nirodharam is also an established bhikkhuni monastery in Thailand, then Songdhammakalyani cannot be the only one.
• A Reuters report (republished by Euronews) quotes Dhammananda herself saying "There are about 270 female monks across Thailand" and that her monastery houses seven of them. That directly contradicts the idea that bhikkhunis exist only at Songdhammakalyani.
• The Alliance for Bhikkhunis directory lists multiple Thai bhikkhuni aramas/monasteries besides Songdhammakalyani, including Analaya Bhikkhuni Arama, Nirodharam Bhikkhuni Arama, Rattanamanee Bhikkhuni Arama, Suan Siridhamma Center, Thippayasathandhamma Bhikkhuni Arama, and others.

So the problem is not that Dhammananda is abbess of Songdhammakalyani — that part is fine — but the claim that it is the only Thai temple with bhikkhunis is contradicted by later evidence.

The infobox labels "Songdhammakalyani Bhikkhuni Arama" as Dhammananda's monastic name, but official biographical material from her own monastery shows that this is incorrect.

• An official CV from Songdhammakalyani states: "Ordained name: Ven. Bhikkhuni Dhammanandā".
• Another official biography from the same monastery says she "was given the name Dhammananda" when she took lower ordination, and separately says "Ven Dhammananda is the abbess of the Songdhammakalyani Monastery".

So Songdhammakalyani Bhikkhuni Arama is the monastery/temple name, not Dhammananda's ordained name.
