Romania’s Defense Ministry said the second drone was downed at 18:05 after five minutes in Romanian airspace, not four.

Romania’s Ministry of National Defence published an official update on 17 October 2026 stating: the second drone "was downed at 18:05, east of Sulina, after five minutes in national airspace." That directly conflicts with this post’s statement that it was shot down 4 minutes after entry.
A same-day LaPresse report quoting Defence Minister Radu Miruță also says the second drone was shot down at 18:05, five minutes after entering national airspace. With both the official ministry release and a report of the minister’s own statement giving five minutes, the "4 minutes" figure in this post is incorrect.
