這句把 Monopoly 的地產拍賣說成「競標價由10元開始」，但官方規則不是這樣寫的。

Hasbro 官方《Monopoly Vintage》規則在「Landing on Unowned Property」段落明確說明：

• 若玩家不買該地產，銀行會把它拍賣給最高出價者；
• “Bidding may start at any price.”

也就是說，起標價 不是固定 10 元，而是 可以從任何價格開始。因此這裡把官方規則寫成「由10元開始」是錯的。

這句把 Marven Gardens 說成位於 Ventnor, NJ，但官方地方資料顯示它屬於 Margate City。

Margate 市政府的《2016 Comprehensive Master Plan Update》在介紹 Marven Gardens 時明確寫道：

• 「The Marven Gardens residential neighborhood ...」
• 「The City is home to ... Marven Gardens」
• 並解釋名稱來自 “Mar”gate 與 “Ven”tnor 的組合。

也就是說，Marven Gardens 是 Margate City 的住宅區，不是 Ventnor 市內的地點；它只是靠近 Ventnor，因此名稱結合了兩地的字首。

因此，文中的地點歸屬寫成「位於毗鄰的 Ventnor, NJ」不正確。

這段把「居於戈壁沙漠的駱駝」放進「非洲的棋子」清單，但 戈壁沙漠（Gobi）在亞洲，不在非洲。

《大英百科全書》對 Gobi 的定義是：它是「large desert and semidesert region of Central Asia」，並且「occupying large portions of both Mongolia and China」。也就是說，Gobi 位於 中亞／東亞的蒙古與中國。

因此，文中把「戈壁沙漠的駱駝」當成非洲代表物，屬於明確的地理錯誤。

這句把「出獄許可證」寫成對銀行有固定價格 50 元，但官方規則區分的是：

1. 付 50 元罰金出獄；以及
2. 持有或向其他玩家購買 Get Out of Jail Free 卡。

Hasbro 官方規則寫得很清楚：

• 你可以透過 using the "Get Out of Jail Free" card 出獄；
• 或者 paying a fine of $50 出獄；
• 而該卡若不想自己用，you may sell it to another player ... at a mutually agreed price。
