we have repaid the bill from 2020, double.
The attached payment screenshot does not show a double payment. It shows a $678.75 invoice and a $1,300.00 charge, but exactly double would be $1,357.50.
Full reasoning
The post says the 2020 bill was repaid "double," but the payment confirmation attached to the same post shows two different numbers:
- Invoice amount: $678.75
- Total charged: $1,300.00
If the bill had been repaid at double the invoice amount, the charge would have been $1,357.50 (2 × $678.75), not $1,300.00. That means the attached proof shows a payment that is $57.50 less than double.
So the claim that the bill was repaid "double" is contradicted by the amounts shown in the post's own attached payment screenshot.
