Claim
Post-production wrapped on November 25, 2009.
Correction
The year is wrong. Reliable 2010 and 2011 production coverage shows postproduction was still underway in late 2010, so it could not have wrapped on November 25, 2009.
Full reasoning
This date conflicts with contemporaneous production reporting.
- Post Magazine published a cover story on December 1, 2010 saying that "At press time, Tron: Legacy was being conformed and graded at LA's LaserPacific". If the film were still being conformed and graded in December 2010, postproduction had not wrapped in November 2009.
- The Directors Guild of America later summarized the production by stating that "68 weeks were dedicated to postproduction" on TRON: Legacy. Given that principal photography began in 2009, 68 weeks of postproduction extends well into 2010, not 2009.
So the specific claim that postproduction wrapped on November 25, 2009 is incorrect; the evidence shows postproduction was still active a year later.
