Playbill lists the production as opening on February 28, 1991 and closing on March 30, 1991, and it shows Lang’s 1991 Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Play for that production. The official Tony Awards nominees database likewise lists Stephen Lang, The Speed of Darkness under the 1991 nominees for featured actor in a play. So calling it the 1992 production is incorrect.

This phrase overstates Stephen Lang’s theatre awards by saying they included a Drama Desk award. Playbill’s Stephen Lang page lists his Drama Desk recognition as "2008 Outstanding Solo Performance — Beyond Glory — Nominee"; it does not list a Drama Desk win.
