The birth year 1285 is chronologically impossible here: Henry III of Bar's wife Eleanor of England did not marry him until 1293, eight years later.

This line identifies Eleanor as a child of Henry III of Bar and Eleanor of England, but gives her birth as 1285. That cannot be correct.
Two independent sources place Eleanor of England's marriage to Henry III of Bar in 1293:
- Encyclopedia.com says Eleanor Plantagenet "married Henry de Bar ... around 1293" and lists the children of that second marriage as Lady Eleanor of Bar, Joan of Bar (born 1295), and Edward I, count of Bar (born 1294).
- Westminster Abbey's page on Edward I and Eleanor of Castile likewise says their daughter Eleanor, Countess of Bar, was married to Henri III, Count of Bar, and that her children were Edward and Joan, and possibly Eleanor.
So a daughter of this marriage cannot have been born in 1285, eight years before the marriage took place. The sources also show that the very existence of a daughter Eleanor is uncertain, but the incorrectness of the 1285 birth year is already clear from the marriage date alone.
