Ljubljana, PR Slovenia, FPR Yugoslavia
For a 1979 birth, these political names are wrong. By then Ljubljana was in the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
Full reasoning
This birthplace uses the earlier names PR Slovenia and FPR Yugoslavia for a person born in 1979. Official Slovenian government sources show those names had already been replaced in 1963. A GOV.SI history page states that in 1963 Yugoslavia was renamed the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY) and Slovenia was then called the Socialist Republic of Slovenia. Another GOV.SI page likewise notes that in 1963 the archival institution's name changed from the People's Republic of Slovenia form to the Socialist Republic of Slovenia form. So for a 1979 birth, the correct historical polity names are Socialist Republic of Slovenia and Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, not PR Slovenia / FPR Yugoslavia.
