- NASA does not maneuver the ISS for every object within 1,000 miles. Official NASA materials describe much smaller conjunction screening and actual avoidance actions for predicted passes on the order of miles or tens of kilometers, not 1,000 miles.
- This gets the institutional history wrong. SASTIND did not exist in 1998; official sources say it was created in March 2008, replacing COSTIND, which was still operating in January 2008.
- SASTIND did not exist during 2003–2007. Official sources show Zhang Yunchuan was director of COSTIND, the predecessor body, and SASTIND was only created in March 2008.
- This is doubly wrong: in January 2008 Zhang Qingwei was still serving as director of COSTIND, not SASTIND, and the new SASTIND leadership post went to Chen Qiufa in March 2008.
- Chen Qiufa took over in 2008, not 2009. The State Council appointed him director of SASTIND on March 18, 2008, and official reports already identify him in that role in 2008.

- ISRO says NavIC is not limited to military use: it offers an open Standard Position Service for civilian users and supports many civilian applications via free-to-air signals.

- This gets the physics backward. Kinetic energy depends on an object's mass and velocity, not its boiling point; tungsten's very high melting temperature mainly helps it survive reentry heating.
- This mixes up passenger and freighter specifications. A 737-800 with passenger seating does not have 184 m³/24,000 kg cargo capacity; those figures are for the converted freighter version, which has no passenger seats.
