- Norah Vincent's experiment did not last two years. Multiple contemporary accounts say she lived as "Ned" for 18 months (a year and a half), not 2 years.
- Accounts from Vincent and contemporaneous reporting say she ended the experiment because the strain of living undercover led to severe depression, not because she had started hating women.

- The pullback is written in the wrong direction. For an inclusion i: Z → X, the induced pullback goes from forms or cohomology on X to forms or cohomology on Z, not from X to Z as a map of spaces.
- The indices are wrong here: for a complex submanifold Z of dimension k, the integral can only be nonzero for forms of type (k,k), not (n,n), where n is the dimension of the ambient manifold X.

- This overstates what the linked source says. Tristan Buckmaster wrote only that he was told an internal OpenAI model had a proof, that he had not seen it, and that he did not know whether OpenAI had actually closed the Navier–Stokes gap.

- This appears to misstate the researchers’ names. The linked Tao post refers to Alpöge and Buckmaster, and Levent’s surname is Alpöge, not Buckmaster.

- The linked statement does not show that the Clay Navier–Stokes millennium problem has been solved. Clay still listed Navier–Stokes as an unsolved problem on September 8, 2026, and the PDF itself describes the Navier–Stokes result only as an unreleased or unverified claim.

- JAEA evaluated nuclear data do not support a 10× gap. They list Am-242m at 6.401 kb thermal fission cross section and Cf-251 at 4.939 kb, so Am-242m is only about 1.3× higher, not 10×.

- This is incorrect because the Partial Test Ban Treaty is a multilateral treaty with many participating states, not a restriction that applies only to the U.S., Russia, and the U.K.
- The miles-per-second conversion is wrong. 19–31 km/s is about 11.8–19.3 mi/s, not simply “19 mi/s.”
- The model’s size is misstated. The Smithsonian lists the Orion model’s overall dimensions as 1 ft 10 in (55.88 cm) by 1 ft 7¼ in by 8 in by 4 in, not 26 inches (66 cm) tall.
- This entry misidentifies both the spelling and role of Orion team member Michael Treshow. Sources describe him as Michael Treshow, a design specialist/mechanical engineer, not “Micheal Treshow, physicist.”

- This location count is paired with the wrong number of states. Mars Hill’s 15th location was in Phoenix, Arizona, so 15 locations meant operations in five states, not four.
- Not every Mars Hill location became an independent church. Contemporary reporting and Mars Hill’s own archived directory show only 11 newly independent churches, while some locations combined or did not continue.

- The A-12 first flew in April 1962, so saying it “flew from 1963 to 1968” is a year late.
