Im Verwaltungsprozess folgt auf den Ausschluss oder die Nichtzulassung der Berufung nicht automatisch eine Revision; regelmäßig wird das Urteil dann rechtskräftig, und eine Revision gibt es grundsätzlich erst gegen Urteile des Oberverwaltungsgerichts oder als zugelassene Sprungrevision.
- Auch diese Wertgrenze ist veraltet. Seit dem 1. Januar 2026 liegt die allgemeine Grenze nach § 511 ZPO bei höchstens 1.000 Euro, nicht bei 600 Euro.
